Fish-defenitely. It's high in Omegas (heart-healthy oils that many people lack) and low in other kinds of fat. It's got tons of protein. Just make sure you don't eat too much of the fish that supposedly has cancer-causing mercury in it, like shark, swordfish, king mackerel, tilefish, and certain kinds of shellfish. Stick with things like mackerel, lake trout, herring, sardines, albacore tuna and salmon, which are high in the things you want.

Fish! Fish can be fatty, but its fats contain Omage3 fatty acids, which are good for you. After fish, poultry is next healthiest, follwed by lean cuts of other types of meat.

I think first would have to be turkey breast. Many fish have fats, but it's omega3 fats, which are healthy fats. Also, pork tenderloin is very low in fat.
