You don't get enough fiber and the vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables. Too much protein may contribute to increased cancer risk, also risk of kidney problems. Digestion of protein makes your body acidic and likely to have more disease than if you balance it with other food types.

It is filtered out through your kidney's,along with calcium.Hence the high the high rate of osteoperosis in women in the u.S. it isn't hopw much calcium you are taking in,it is about how much you are keeping in.most people eat way too much protein.
