i have been a srtrict vegetarian for 20 yrs... however, i feel as a result im am not as physically as strong as my peers becuase i lack much protein and all the vitamins and minerals you get from meat, so should i break my vegetarian ways and eat meat?
what is the best meat -for your health (most protein but least fat) i dont care how it tastes because ive never ate meat before in my life, so i have nothing to compare it against?
will i get sick by eating meat?
NOTE: i know there are many ways to get protein like beans and niuts and tofu but realistically speaking tofu doesnt taste well, and i cant eat beans everday! its just hard,.....

Don't,,,,,stay healthy, to supplement your protein you can do that with nuts and legumes, you'll find tasty vegetarian recipes and food choices if you type in your browser vegan foods. You'll be surprised from how many different sources you can get the protein you'll need.

I've never agreed with cutting meat completely out of ones diet, although I can understand the reasons behind it and respect them. You're right tofu, nuts, and beans don't exactly cut it nutritionally, and they can get a little boreing. If you plan to incorporate meat back into your diet, start really slow. How about fish like tuna. Start with something small like maybe twice a week, that way you're getting the nutrition from the meats and not making yourself sick. You'll do fine. Just remeber that the things you eat may cause changes with your bowels.

Yes, if you think you should, you should. But don't rush yourself.
And don't feel that you have to eat every kind of meat. I've never stopped eating meat, and have always only eaten certain kinds of meat. As for tofu, you're not suppposed to eat it plain, but mix it with something. It's a soy bean product, and used to be called "the bean, that thinks it's meat". To start your meat eating, go to Togo's for lunch, and have a bbq chicken sandwhich. The next time you go, have the bbq beef brisquet sandwhich. No bones in it. Chicken is considered poultry.

I feel for your need to eat meat. I know there are many "pills" out there to supplement what your diet is lacking. I'm not a big fan of taking pills though. I do have to tell you one thing, stay a vegetarian. We meat eaters like the vegetarian population due to the fact that you leave more meat for us !!!!!

I am convinced by strict vegetarians do miss needed nutrients. I say yes, add some fish, poultry, eggs and lean red meat. At least a small amount each day. But I believe fruits and veggies should far out weigh meat intake.

Eggs are full of protein. Lean meats are good. Chicken, fish. If you want. Try also a vitamin supplement. Start slow. And no, if meat is cooked properly you will not get sick.

Eating meat won't make you sick as long as you don't over do it, just like anything else. Do expect some other side effects, constipation or diarrhea, bad smelling flatulence, bad taste or feel in your mouth. Keep it to lean meats and only once or twice a week. Homosapiens are omnivores by design or we wouldn't have incisors or fangs for gripping prey and tearing flesh as well as flat molars for crushing plants. Welcome back to the top of the food chain.

it particularly is named "fake advertising". people undesirable mouth the vegan and vegetarian diets/existence because of the fact of possibility their products won't sell as plenty. merely like how they promote bananas because of the fact the food with the main potassium, while prunes(an occasion) have much extra potassium than bananas by potential of purely ingesting some. Prunes have an prolonged shelf existence and bananas do no longer, they could desire to get those bananas to sell some how. Animals even have intercourse interior their very own households, eat their very own poop, does that propose you are able to desire to try this besides? you're a human, there's a great distinction. additionally, it rather is like how milk is marketed because of the fact the only ingredient that has calcium(like it rather is mandatory) while issues inclusive of kale/different leafy vegetables have much extra calcium and so does soy. Soy milk has longer shelf existence and cow milk does not. Tempeh, beans, nuts, seeds, grains, tofu, all have a great form of protein/longer shelf existence as meat does not have very long shelf existence. it particularly is why they fake promote and promote. in case you spotted people have become way fatter because of the fact they are informed they desire a great form of this and that and lots protein(I heard 200g, it particularly is insane), purely for an severe physique builder might you like that.
