I'm not going to give you my opinion of this but since I read you're previous questions and have a handle of the whole situation. First of all you are OLD enough to know the difference, shes young and naive and you KNEW you were taking advantage of her from the start. For her this will be a life lesson and she will never be able to look back on her first time with happiness, this will also possibly turn her bitter and mistrustful towards men for a while. Since you are so adamant about breaking it to her tell her straight up. You'll feel like crap but your conscience doesn't seem to be that deep so I know you'll get over it. And please do learn from this.

You don't want to break her heart? You should have thought about that before you lied to her and used her for sex. How old are you? 17? Oh right, you're 31....you're supposed to be a mature adult.
The honest thing for you to do is to admit to being a lying, sleazy, selfish piece of shite and that you deserve to die a slow and agonizing death. That won't spare her feelings though.
Instead, tell her that you've had a higher calling and that you will be going away to become a celibate monk and that you will always cherish the memory of her. And then make sure that you DO become a celibate monk. That way you won't end up breaking more hearts just so you can get your pathetic rocks off.

If you want to break it off with her, simply say that you got a promotion at work and you won't have time for a relationship.

Everyone here seems to want to lynch you but don't worry, you're not the first guy to have done this, and not even the oldest guy to have done this ;-) She's 19, she'll survive. Tell her straight and nice. You obviously found her attractive so stress this, but be firm that you never wanted anything more. Admit that you've been a cad and next time don't tell them you love them. Women actually believe it!! Nothing wrong with nailing young ladeez - that's what they're for - just don't lie to them about your intentions.
BTW, even worse to lie about your intentions and then go round nailing women in their thirties, who are trying to catch drinks at the last chance saloon.
