Each of my 2nd incisors are bridged teeth...so I have my front teeth, then the next ones on each side are fake, then the rest are mine. I'm looking for a way to whiten my teeth without it being a dentist procedure. I know I can't get them completely white but would they lighten up a little bit with home methods? It seems like they've all become more stained since I got the bridge 6 or 7 years ago. Any suggestions?

Try listerine whitning. It works good if you use it twice a day

Well crown and Bridges will not get any whiter then they were when they were made. You can try over the counter whitening strips and get your real teeth as white as you can get them and the others will go back to the original color. Also.... most insurances will replace crowns and bridges after 5 years. You might bring it up at your next cleaning and have them send in the paper work for you. It is an option.

My Whole Upper Teeth Is A Bridge. But I Had What You Would Call Cosmetic Denistry.

You can not bleach a bridge. I have been a dental tech for over 30 years. The crowns will have to be replaced to lighten them. It is a well known fact that as we age, our teeth get darker. So older bridgework can seem a different color, and canine teeth are generally darker to begin with.
