nesquick no sugar added...when i pealed it open i notice the powder looked clumpy, why?

We use the same stuff in our house and every time it has the little clumps. They are hard to get to dissolve too but enough stirring and it will be fine.

It's probably where there was a little bit of moisture when it was packed.
