The only time a list of passengers is created is if there is a memorial site set up by someone, usually unrelated to the airline. The airline normally does not release a passenger list publicly if an investigation is still pending. You can find passenger lists from previous air accidents, but those sites are set up by an independant person after the NTSB, FAA and all government agencies have concluded all searches and investigations. Since this was a recent tragedy it may not become public for some time until a public memorial is held when usually the names are read off. Eventually it will be public, but not able to be found on the net just yet.
