whenever I sit for a while , I get cold hands and feet very very easily. I can sit at home watching tv for half an hour and they'll get freezing cold, well not that cold, but it's quite cold, no warmth at all. Could this be due to poor circulation? if so how can I get rid of this problem? I have no health problems at all, except for maybe allergies to dust.

I've got the same problem. It's referred to as Raynaud's Phenomenon, although there are other things it might be as well.

I haven't personally found anything that really cures it so far. I tried calcium channel blockers but that didn't help, so I'm thinking of asking my doctor about some other options.

I have this issue, not sure if you would consider it but acupuncture worked for me. It is from poor circulation and some say to make sure you exercise, take iron, and don't sleep with socks on. For some reason that isn't good for your feet - even though you may think it is a good thing to do. I also have allergies but don't think there is a link there. Good luck! Massage also helps (while you sit watching tv)

sure, mine do. once you're out area for a lengthy time period in chilly climate, your feet and hands sticks out because the first aspects to flow chilly because your body takes blood remote from them first and keeps it contained in the middle to keep that warmth as it truly is the biggest portion of your body. you also loose a substantial volume out of your feet, hands and head. it might nicely be undesirable move, which I imagine is more effective effortless in those who smoke.
