Well if hes staring at you and you can see that hes thinking of you in more than justa friendly way I'd do this: Have it so its just you and him going out, like a date that he doesn't know about. And when he stares at you, stare back but be gentle about the way you stare. If its too harsh he'll get scared and stop but if its to soft he'll brush it right off. Look back at him, stare into his eyes and smile. Wink if you have to. And if you see a reaction that you like then simply and calmly tell him how you feel and take it from there. Hope this helps.

Sugar, he notices you as a girl. There's only one thing to do with a shy guy. Grab him and kiss him. Trust me. He's probably crazy about you, but so scared of rejection he won't even try.

I'm a sucker for shy guys & let too many sweet ones get away because I was afraid to make the move. Dont be afraid. You will regret it if you don't give it a shot.

Be bold.
Initiate. this is 2007, not 1956.
Ask him to go somewhere and help you do something, you know like a stuck zipper or something. I was cursed with shyness for yrs. you can help. Skin to win. Protection required, but nothing ventured nothing gained, Make a man out of him. Take it all off. good Luck

Hang out with him alone and call him and talk to him about things he likes. Start doing those things together and just let him know that you like him more than just a friend when you feel he can handle it. Just have to be patient with him.

Take him aside. Tell him you like him. More than a friend. Tell him that you don't want to loose his friendship, but you're beginning to have feelings beyond mere friendship. Plant one on him.

You cannot really make him. It's something he has to see for himself. Because he's so shy it might take a little longer. In this case, all good things come to those who wait.

Ask him out to a movie, and sometime during the movie, plant a kiss on him.
