The food you eat won't burn fat, but generally, eating "healthy" (fruits and vegetables, and food low in fat) helps. I'll assume from your question that you would like food that has a "negative calorie" effect - which would be food that takes more calories to be digested than the amount of calories in the food. These types of food include: carrots, hot chili peppers, celery (leave the stringy part on it), cucumbers, tangerines, oranges, apples (eat the skin too - it's healthy!), lettuce, onion, garlic, spinach, turnips, grapefruit, and plums.

These aren't literally negative calories foods in the sense that they do not contain calories, but the energy it takes your body to digest them is more than the amount of calories in each. So your body is still using energy to digest these items, so they obviously cannot be eaten alone without other types of food. But they will provide you with nutrition with little to no calories added to your body after the digestion process is finished.

Foods don't burn fat. You can lower your cholesterol by eating fibers bu that's it. Maybe water can help? Or eat foods low in fat and your own body will use the fat that you already have.

Actually pineapple does contain an enzyme that is supposed to help break down fat. Though it sounds good I highly doubt that alone it will make you drop weight! Follow a low fat-healthy diet and exercise and you yourself will burn fat! There is no magic food or pill-it takes hard work-if it were easy everybody would have a hot body! :)

There arn't any foods that will burn fat. However, eating foods low in fat, such as fresh fruits and veggies, will make it easier to burn fat when you exercise. Good luck!

Catabolic foods like celery and other raw non-starchy foods. It takes the body more calories to digest these foods than the food possesses, so they "burn" fat, so to speak.

most any protein (meat) or vegetable will burn fat because it takes more calories to metabolize the food that you recoup from it...
read the labels though, as some veggies are actually starches (corn, beans, peas...) the veggies need to be green beans, broccoli, cauliflower...
that is why the Adkins diet is so popular
good luck
