It is true that some people will never get the flat, six-pack abs advertised on commercials. However, everyone can lose weigjht and get a flatter stomach, if not perfectly thin. There are many different body types, and some of those are meant to be a little more broad than thin, but there's nature for you--what can you do about it?

Of course it is possible,,
Do a stomach exercises for 15 minutes only every day,, and have a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.. stay for a month then ya'll see the results..

You can never get a flat stomach!!!!!!!! I've tried!!! But my personal trainer said you can't! :(

the trainer is right if you have fat there it does remain. so accept what you have without surgery
