I'm not trying to get six pack abs or anything. You can say I've got myself a "little belly" And I'm trying to figure out the best way to flatten it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You need to do ab exercises such as crunches, sit ups, and pikes. Accompany those with aerobics such as running, swimming, or even dancing. Eat healthy food and more protein. However, dont add calories unless you're doing heavy aerobics, in which case you may add up to a max of 300 a day.

Push away from the table, that is without a doubt the best way to lose the 'pot belly'. Add some crunches and you will get there quicker than you think.
