Do Not Put Vaseline in your hair you need to get some olive oil or castro oil and put in your hair put about 2 tsp. of it mix it with some warm water(this is called a deep conditioner) any ways let it sit in your hair for about 1 hr. with a plastic cap over it or a plastic grocery bag if you don't have a plastic cap believe me any thing that has oil in it will help your hair and make you a very happy person.

First have you colored it? It could be dry and need tobe conditioned. Even if you haven't gotten a recent color, it may still need some moisture. I don't have a perm and mine started breaking off in Oct. - in clumps! I started oiling it with Castor Oil for one week and I noticed a HUGE diff. I've never been one to grease my hair but this castor oil is doing something. I'm on my second week and am pleased. I was also advised to try a product called P1000. Just make sure you use a conditioner with t as it will stiffen your hair but, it supposed to work really well. My doctor also told me that lack of iron will definetly make your hair fall out and I'm actually on iron now. Hope this helps.

Wash and condition it once a week (use a clendar if necessary), and keep your ends clipped about every 3 weeks ( with chemically treated hair, clip ends everytime chemicals are renewed), and lastly, oil your scalp with some type of hair growth aid after every wash & conditioning of the hair.
Good luck

I agree with the protein conditioner, but also..
stay away from blowdryers and straighteners..
if that isn't possible, do it in moderation
and once a week - deep condition hair.

I don't know that it will strengthen your hair, but if you take biotin--you can buy it the supplement section of the drugstore--it makes your hair and nails grow faster. My sister and I both took it for a while and I think it helped. :)

Aloe vera, apply it to your hair, extract it from the leaves. this would strengthen your hair. To make it more shiny and grow faster, apply coconut oil and brush your hair until the oil is distributed evenly to your hair and scalp. for the shampoo and conditioner, it is up to you, choose what feels good to your hair.
