My brother got hit with his 2nd dui a few months back. If the laws of Missouri are anything like those of Michigan, then you will lose your license. He lost his for 1 year and is required to submit every morning for a breathalyzer. He has a good attorney but even that was not enough. It did, however, help him avoid jail time.

Will you lose your license? Well let's think this through, open container of vodka in car (open container violation), Already had one DWI (worried about your second offense), and blew a .161 (twice the legal limit in most states) ...

.... flips the magic 8 ball ....

very likely true!

better buy a bus pass, or a good pair of walking shoes! Your license is most likely gone ... THANK GOD! By the simple act of taking your license who knows how many lives the court will save.

Drinking and driving do mix, when done in the right order! DRIVE to the store, buy beer or booze ... DRIVE to a location where you can safely stay for 12 hours or more, DRINK to your hearts content .... once the drinking starts the driving stops! Don't want to get busted for DWI? DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!! Dang it, it really is that simple!

I drink beer (often to excess) and still hold a valid driver's license. How do I accomplish this amazing feat? When I start drinking I plan to stay where I am for 6 to 8 hours after I'm finished (I don't do the bar scene ... I drink at home!).

The ONLY time drinking should come before driving is in the dictionary. Do it my way ... hang up your keys for 8 hours max ... do it your way ... hang up your keys for 1 year minimum. Who is the fool?

When it comes to DUI's, only a few things matter.

(1) Did the police have probable cause to pull you over? The answer to this is probably yes, since the police don't make a habit of going around and pulling people over for no reason.

(2) Was the chemical test administered in accordance with your state law? In some states, you have the choice of a breath test, blood test and, in some cases, a urine test, to determine your blood alcohol.

(3) Were you over the legal limit? In California, the legal limit is .08%. It is likely around the same in Missouri.

If you answer "Yes" to all of these questions, you have issues. If your state calls for a license suspension on your 2nd conviction, then it will likely happen, good attorney or not.

Wow people she asked for help not a lecture. Do get some help but it will probably be mandated by the court. Honestly you do have a good chance of spending sometime in jail. Use your time to change and get yourself better, your hubby could use some classes too for letting you drive.

You need help with your spelling and your addiction, and you better seek help before you kill some innocent person. You need to stay home, not behind the wheel of a motor vehicle.

pahahahaha properly, right here in TX, youd might desire to take place in courtroom and if the officer doesnt teach, you dont might desire to pay the fee ticket or something and it gets taken off your record. I dont think of youll lose your license for that throughout any respect. youd might desire to do 25-forty over.

Read the part on the label that says "do not drive or operate heavy machinery"

You probably will. Either way, you should lose it.

You are far to smart to be convicted.

The rest of us need to hear your encouragement and wisdom every day.

Whaty would happen if people lijke you were jailed?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

It would be a much better world.

I do not care about your license (correct spelling jr.)

I would rather you and those like you were locked up forever.

Don't much care if you are fat or not.
