im a sophmore in hs, im 6'1 and 175/ play gurad and lb in football, i was wondering since i lift already how can i put on the right kind of weight, without all the crazy supplements.

Lift weights and eat protein with raw vegetables.

Of course, then you are supplementing with extra vegetables. Is that "crazy"? Or are you only talking about supplements that are illegal? Or are you talking about products that are unhealthy like soy protein? Whey protein is a good protein source which you can use as food.
