Our pastor has challenged the youth group to lead a church service one Sunday. We have on average 15-20 teens a week. Does anyone have any resources for a service we could do? Have you done one and what did you do? any ideas?

I have done those before, in a smaller church with half the youth you have. You do not need the best quality, you need the heart. That does not mean you go without preparation. Put some time into it. Get a few of them to learn a few songs to sing as special music. Have one of them ready to lead a few songs for corporate singing and get a few of them to prepare a 7 minute devotion. At one point have the whole group sing song together.
This is a great thing for the church to see the youth ministry step up and play an important part in the church.
Good luck. God Bless

I would try to find some passages about raising children or something like "Spare the rod, Spoil the child". Or find where GOD speaks about being Fathers/Mothers...

I wish I could give more specific details on where to find these words, but I'm just learning the Bible and I'm an adult.

O well better late than never...

Ask the Lord for direction. Pray. Seek Jesus. He will reveal Himself and what words should be said and how it should all go. Ask Him for a plan of action and write it all down. And then let the Holy Spirit lead you. It will be great! Congrats :)
