"Like Toto"; Toto is a name, usually shorter for Salvatore.
Anyway is more likable they're referring to TotÃ², real name Antonio de Curtis (and more :-) simply the most beloved Italian actor ever; that may apply to a lot of situation, TotÃ² as a comedian was a master and a genius
