My ex-boyfriend is graduating from high school and we were pretty close but the past 8 months have pretty much avoided each other what would you think if you ex-girlfriend gave you a card for graduation with a note inside thanking you for everything you did and that you're a really great guy and then say she will miss you alot and there will always be apart of her that will love you. should i leave that part out or is there another way to say it. Please any advice will help.

no, that sounds sweet- let it come from the heart, like you're doing. If you try to calculate or foster a particular response from him, then you've missed the point and your note is a lie. If you write sincerely, then you've done the correct thing no matter how he reacts.
That's a really nice gesture.

Since you really know this guy, only you can really tell him what you think he'll like to here. Since he's your ex, don't be surprised if he doesn't say anything to you, or act on it. If you have any hopes of reconciliation, just guard your heart so you're not hurt if he's not interested. I wish you the best of luck.

I would think that she thinks the world of me and has appropriately decided to move on with very fond memories of our relationship. I would probably have very fond memories of her as well. That's really a sweet thing to say.
That being said, now for a bit of unsolicited advice:
It is very annoying to read questions worded as you were instant messaging someone (i.e. avoiding punctuation and proper sentence structures). To get more people to read and answer your questions, it would be better to write them in standard English rather than writing them in IM.
