i called my friend/crush wth my other friend and we talked for a couple minutes but thne he hung up cuz we were being really weird. i wanted to talk to him about how we both like eachother so should i call him back when my friend leaves?

I think you are asking for trouble or complicate situation even more. Many of us feel like talking and getting things right. But sometimes it is better leave it there and just forget. Next time when he is around with your friend, tell him what you want in a brief few words.
