You NEED to call for help. Either 911 or some other suicide hotline possibly. But, the most important thing you can do as a friend, is tell someone. Anyone. Get your friend help!!!!!!!!!!!

Call 911. If she's a minor, they'll be required to get her therapy before releasing her from the hospital.

Get off the freaking computer and go to her side. Tell her all the reasons she has to live. Call 911 if you have to. also 1800suicide.
