Run around town, do stretching, eat more sensibly, less oil and grease, fried food and sugars, more fruit and veg, (this will save you money) and whole grains.
You can exercise without spending a penny, you have already started listing the exercises you can do yourself.
The one thing you will need most is MOTIVATION. And that comes for free.

There are many things you can do to stay in shape for low cost. Eat properly. Check on line to several fitness sites - sparkle is on that i like - I also like the Perfect Fit workout book, they are not hard workouts with weight and simple tools (they also suggest subsitutes) and it is an 8 week program that allows you to target certain areas. You can use - canned food as weights and towels for stretching. You can get an inexpensive bicycle and ride about the block. take the stairs instead of the elevator. park a few spots further away from the door at work and so on.
The most inportant thing is that no matter what you do, you keep at it. best to you

For $20 bucks you can but a pair of running shoes and $2 to get a pass into a local park. $22 and a jog everyday is all it takes. But now you say to me, "What if it is too cold or too hot outside?" And I tell you the next thing! When you can't go outside, workout inside! Go to a couple of garage sales or a local bookstore (Barnes and Noble, Books a Million, ect.) And get an easy 45 min. workout tap or DVD to watch inside. If you got a little more to spend you can even get a yoga mat good for any kind of activity. So about 10 bucks for a tap and $20 for a mat gives you a good $30 dollar inside workout. In all for the inside and outside workout for a years daily fitness is $52 dollars tops!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Hello there :)
I would not recomend dieting because things can get out of control and your weight might fluctuate. I would however have a fresh fuit, vegetables and lean meat diet. As for exercise I would start with walking/jogging/running ( all these can be done for free). Also if you have a a little money to spare why not join a martial arts school and learn about meditation, self defence and appreciating you for you. Good luck and you will make it!!!!

It's all about creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself, not just a one-month diet. You'll need to start eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of water, and just eating healthier and small portions.
Instead of weights, use full soup cans or water bottles as weights. They work! Walking and jogging help condition your entire body and really keep you in shape :)
good luck!

Multiply your current weight by 10 then multiply the answer by 1.7 this will tell you how much calories per day you need in order to stay in the weight you are now...so if your trying to lose weight cut down from 200-700 calories per day...you will lose about 5-10 pounds.

Just maintain a healthy diet. It'll take a while since you don't want to go to the gym or buy weights, but it'll work.

Diet and exercise are the keys to losing weight. I recommend Weight Watchers. The program is open to both guys and girls. If you add exercise to the program your bound to lose weight ;)
