According to their website, the rates for the 2007-2008 school year will be as follows per person for a semester:

Efficiency Apartments is $2135.00.
Double occupancy at premium residence halls is $2075.00.
Single occupancy at premium residence halls is $2315.00.

Other fees:
$90 for Resnet (automatic)
Local Telephone: $117 (optional per semester)
Cable television (optional): $96.50 per student for two or $192.50 for one student per semester.

Meal Plans range from 8 meals a week at $730 per semester to the freedom pass at $1030 per semester. Block meal plan is $890 per semester and includes 160 meals. Board Bucks is optional and in $100 increments.
