No you cannot, unfortunatly once you are at the vborder the American rules apply again so you will be a minor in possession of alcohol. Just drink while you are up there and bing what is left of your memories back to the States. As for your second part of the question I have never been there but this link http://www.clubzone.com/nightclubs/index.asp?state_prov=6 lists some.

Is it legal? Absolutely not. Can you do it? I'm sure you could try, but I wouldn't recommend it. You're 19 and you and a bunch of buddies are going on a roadtrip to Canada, do you honestly think that when you get to the border, and a US customs official asks your carload of 19 year olds if you have anything to declare, and you say no, that you are not going to be pulled into the next lane for a search? I doubt there would be any lasting penalties for you, (unless it's a huge amount then they could conceivably get you for smuggling) but I'll bet it won't be worth the heartache you'll feel when they pour your freshly purchased booze out before you. Trust me, I've seen it happen. As for good bars/nightclubs in Saskatchewan you might have better luck if you specify where you are going to be, it's a mighty big province.

You can't legally bring beer back into the US. I don't know about the good nightclubs in Saskatchewan - it's a huge province - but I expect they won't be hard to find. Have a good trip.

Everyone else here is right -- you cannot legally bring goods back into the US that you wouldn't be able to purchase at home yourself.
As for bars and night clubs, it really matters where in Saskatchewan you're going (the province is more than a quarter million square miles in area :).
Here's a link to club listings off www.canada411.com -- a really good yellow pages search engine. I'd recommend looking for a business in the cities you're visiting to get better search results than I did:
http://canada411.yellowpages.ca/search/?where=saskatchewan&rca=00308002&what=night+club&y=0&stype=si&x=0&
The official Saskatchewan Tourism site might also help you decided what to do when visiting:

Everyone seems to say no but I don't see why. If it's in the trunk, it's cargo. Truck drivers cross the border every minute of the day. You don't have to be 21 to drive in the States do you? Don't over do it. One or two cases. Make sure their closed and in the trunk. If you get a hard time tell them it's cargo purchased legally in Canada. Pay the fee's and carry on.

No you can not legally bring it into the country. Even if you can purchase alcohol in Canada: the drinking age still applies here in the US (where I am presuming you will consume the beer that you stock up on)>
However, while you are in Canada, Canadian law applies.

If the minor desires to and asks and there is no intercourse, then no. however the variation in intercourse regulations now while in comparison with pre 1980`s is that a minor can no longer legally consent to a intercourse act with an person. so as that being the case, if intercourse occured then confident the person might get into legal difficulty.

Don't be a dumbazz...the border patrol will nab all your beer...if you don't declare it, you'll get in big BIG trouble. Unless of course you and your buddies WANT immigration to tell you to spread your cheeks so they can check up your butts for other smuggled goods.
God....why are kids so stupid?
