I would wait AT LEAST a few days. Sunburn is really bad and needs time to heal.

Moisturize your skin every few hours. Don't rush it. If you go bad too soon, you'll end up peeling and have a blotchy unhealthy tan.

for your first time going to the tanning beds you should ask the person at the desk what is the best way to start a tan, they will start you off in a beginner bed to get your first base a couple of times than your safe for the stronger beds cause you have the base on your skin.i think maybe thats how you got a burn you didn't have the base to protect your skin from burning.after you do that you can go for a double session to speed your tan up.don't go back for about a month at least or you will end up with blisters, and be sure to use their product to put on for tanning so your skin will not dry out.

You might want to put a low UV blocker on the first few times - like a FPS 10 or something to help you ease into tanning. Though tanny will make you have wrinkled skin by 30. Do you want that? There are a lot of spray on tanners that work well.

I would say... 2 days after the burn heals.... although I wouldn't recommend tanning at all. It's VERY dangerous (I know you've probably heard that 100 times). You should try Jergins Natural Glow. I use it every 3 days or so and it works very well! Just make sure you blend it in.

Wait until your burn starts to heal. How long did they put you in for? It's rare to burn your first time, cuz you're suppose to tan for only a few mins. Next time go in for less mins, then when you don't burn anymore, go in for a few mins more.

I would wait until the burn is gone. Next time stay about half the time you did the last time and work your way up.
