It's so puffy and it never settles down what can I do? Any shampoos, conditioners or gels I can use.

Just about any conditioner will do, the secret is to leave it in your hair for 3 minutes and then when you rinse, don't rinse it completely out. My hair is so thick so I have to do that or have frizziness. Your hair will really smell good too!

A staightening iron is always good. Or just regular hair gel on wet hair, brush it straight and dry it. When it is completely dry, comb out the gel.

u can use eggs mix wit olive oil leave it on for a 1 hr wash it off with garneir fruistis long and strong shampoo use the garneir frustis condtioner and the leave in conditioner trust me i have girl friends who do this and their hair is extremely long and shiny

Put gel in it when its wet but not to much and try not to straighten it and just let it get healthier
