עמנואל, אני אוהבת אותך כל כך מותק, אני רוצה לבלות איתך את כל חיי

Emmanuel, ani ohevet otcha kol kach motek, ani rotzah levalot itcha et kol chayay.

(the emphasized vowels: Emmanuel, a-nEE o-hE-vet ot-chA kol kach mO-tek, a-nEE ro-tzAh le-va-lOt it-chA et kol cha-yAy)

~
ahavah sheli, אהבה שלי, is "my love". ahuv, אהוב, is "beloved".

correction in grammar from person above me:

Emmanuel, Ani ohevet otcha, Motek/Chamud, col kach harbeh. Ani rotzah lihiot eetcha l'col hachaim sheli

ch as in the back of the throat sound, like in Loch ness monster, not in something like cheese)
Motek/Chamud (whichever you want to use. Both mean sweetie.)

Emmanuel, ah-nee/ ohevet /ot-cha, /Mo-tek/Chamood, /kol-kach /har-bay. /Ah-nee /rotz-ah /leh-hee-ot/ eet-cha/ leh-kol/ha-chai-eem/ shel-lee.

אני אוהבת אותך מותק כל כך הרבה
אני רוצה להיות אתך לכל החיים שלי

I really hope your computer can read Hebrew!
