Every time I try to add milk or cream to some teas, it always curdles. Raspberry and blueberry flavored teas are really bad about that.

Most fruit flavored teas have an ingredient called citric acid added to them to enhance the flavor of the drink. When milk comes in contact with acid it curdles. An experiment you can try is mixing milk with orange juice (DON'T DRINK IT). Hope that answers your question.

I have noticed that too. There must be some lemon or orange zest in the tea. Something acidic would make milk curdle.

Ladiesssssssssssss your not suppose to add milk in to them kind of teas. Only black tea should be taken with milk or lemon, not fruit teas. This coming from a British tea drinker.
