I had aweful, horrible acne about 18 years ago. Back then the dermatologist gave me a 5 month treatment of a pill called Accutane. I swear by this stuff. It changed my life. I no longer had bad acne. It really works. Don't waste your time on anything else. Just go staight to the dermatologist and ask for Accuntane. Good Luck!

I had acne...I'm 39, and thought that I was just a bit too old for acne.
I started using these herbal remedies, and it cleared right up.
The funny thing is, what he gives you is an intestinal cleanser, and it removes the toxins from your body, and when the toxins are gone, your face clears up! I didn't have to put anything on my face!
I used Intestinal 1 and Intestinal 2. That's it. I did the 5-day cleanse. The acne gradually cleared up, and didn't come back. I do the cleanse again every 3-4 months.

Wash ur pillows and keep it clean
face wash with a good cleanser everytime u go out and come bak home.
take frequent wash to get rid of ur body heat
you will see the results in 2 months
dont trust all those bullshit acne treatments instead do it naturally
as long as u keep yourself clean, acne will be gone forever

Wash face often with non-drying soap.
Burt's Bees products work well too. Kinda expensive, but their acne blemish treatment is good for big pimples that you want to dry up fast.
Drink lots of water as well. If acne is bad, ask doctor for Retina-A and/or Tetracycline.

different things work for different people, there are a million creams and face washes to try in the drugstore, but if the problem persists, go see a dermatologist. it took me sooo long to find a good treatment for my acne.

yes i would defintely say proactiv solution. i use it and i almost never ever break out. there are commercials on TV all the time and you can go to proactivsolution.com and there's also a free refining face mask. i put that on acne overnight and they're almost gone the next morning, not kidding! also, its really soothing on your skin and makes it really soft. and also, unlike other systems, their toner actually moisturizes your skin instead of making it all dry and flaky. also, proactiv makes makeup and oil blotting sheets w/benzol peroxide in them so it covers blemishes while treating them and that works like magic!! good luck

Try a shower face wash like clean and clear that foams. and use noxema to take off make up. My fiance swears by it.

washing face good, wash with hot soapy water, rinse with hot and then cold and put aloe vera gel on face, acne is history
