If one is a jew then why would they even worry about how to celebrate christmas?

The Jews as a people don't celebrate Christmas; they do not recognize Jesus as the Messiah. they celebrate Hanukkah.

Hanukkah is the annual Jewish festival celebrated on eight successive days beginning on the 25th day of Kislev, the third month of the Jewish calendar, corresponding, approximately, to December in the Gregorian calendar. It is also known as the Festival of Lights, Feast of Dedication, and Feast of the Maccabees, Hanukkah commemorates the rededication of the Temple of Jerusalem by Judas Maccabee in 165 BC after the Temple had been profaned by Antiochus IV Epiphanes, king of Syria and overlord of Palestine.

Just like everybody else.

I really don't see much religion in the Santa Claus and the reindeer version of Christmas. very generic.
let the Christians believe in the baby Jesus and the Jews in what they do and everyone else in what they do. Santa Christmas would be better if everyone celebrated together. Kwanzaa is a joke though. read about its origins and the inventor. pathetic.

Merry Christmas!

You must mean "WHY should Jews celebrate Christmas"? And the word "Jews" should always be capitalized. Why don't you do that?

In New York, it's traditional to eat Chinese food and go to the movies.

Or do you mean instead of Hannuka? Ouch.
