Wilton makes pink food coloring paste. You can find it in the cake decorating section of Wal-mart or any store that carries Wilton products. You use a toothpick to add it to the frosting.

if Fred Meyer doesn't sell it anymore, then you are going to have to resort to red. You can make light pink, darker pink or even add a scraping from a toothpick of blue for a bit of dark pink, like on the way to purple, in some white frosting.

Just use a little red food coloring and if you only put a little (like 1 or 2 drops) in white frosting then it will be pink when you mix it up.

I add just a tiny bit of cherry jello powder (a really small amount at a time) to make a really pretty pink frosting for my Lady Baltimore cake frosting. Lime is great for green, etc. The watermelon jello is okay but has a little taste that I don't care for (doesn't taste like watermelon--just an insipid taste that is an annoying distraction in the overall frosting taste.) Try it and have fun.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is pink food coloring, you just go light on the red food coloring.
Other than that check with a cake bake shop or a cake baker.

Buy a can of white frosting and add just a tiny bit of red. Start with one red drop and add as needed!
