Human somehow we always come out okay in the end, and the borg still havent been able to asimilate earth, forced the Xindi back to the rock they came from, and starfleet which is as close as it comes to earth's military, forced the dominion back into the gamma quadrant, humans have been pretty good at standing their ground against superior enemies
As well the human developer of warp drive was a borderline insane alcoholic, and when he did say what really happened during first contact, everyone conveiniently dismissed itas a drunken rant, plus humans came up with the idea of section 31
If humans don't count Klingon, they have a natural ability of beating the crap out of anything that comes close, plus in my top 10 star trek ships the bird of prey ranks right behind the sovereign class, the defiant class and the constitution class

The Breene, no one ever knows what they look like under those air conditioned suits (plus, they never have to worry about being over heated). They are villains who have been over looked in much of Star Trek. I think they have great potential.

Vulcans. Absolutely.
Incidently, Vulcans DO have emotions. They've simply mastered them, and they do not allow their emotions to control their behaviors.

Assuming the somewhat Mortal races on the commencing up, and information that this in now no longer probably in any order, yet in basic terms how they have been given right here to me, the excellent ten are... a million human beings, who be able to create severe relationships between dissimilar species, who gave commencing as much as the federation. 2 Vulcans, who've long lives and severe strategies controlled by applying ability of severe self-discipline, and additionally some touch-limited telepathy and greater effective ability. 3 Borg, whose aggressive expansion in seek for of perfection ultimately conquers all. (distinctive than Human led opposition?) 4 Betazoid, who're wonderful empaths and telepaths, which delivers them extremely a leg up indoors the international kin participants industry. 5 Zindi, who're quite distinctive distinctive yet suited species, yet lumped at the same time are fairly a handful. 6 Klingon, whose ability, honor, and imperialism are mythical. 7 Romulan, whose espionage and imperialism are mythical, and whose relation to Vulcans ought to desire to offer them greater effective ability and touch-telepathy too, yet do by applying no potential look to teach this. 8 Changlings/Founders, who can in basic terms be harmed in any substantial way by applying ability of ability beams, and could be each physique. (i think of of they could be information against assimilation, yet this never have been given right here up.) 9 Ferengi, who can cheat you out of something, and likely own your pants already, as properly. 10 Ocampa, who're marvelous telepaths, yet whose superb minds burn out their bodies in below a decade.
