i'm not an expert...but i know putting peroxide on your face isn't generally a good idea. I would try proactive or clearsil

You may be thinking about - benzoyl peroxide - watch this - read up about it - you may get dry and red skin before anything happens. Adult acne had many causes, diet and other thing. Washing twice a day with your hands and using a gentle moisturizer may help.

I think it would just dry your face out too much. And have you ever gotten it on your fingers while pouring it over a wound? It leaves a white residue - I don't think you'd want that on your face.

not so great, try using dial antibacterial liquid soap in the grocery store.
wash with hot water to open pores and then rinse with hot and then cold to close pores. put aloe vera gel on face afterwards
acne is history.

hydrogen peroxide is used for cleaning wounds...it won't help your acne unless the skin is broken...then it will help prevent infection.
