Why is Congress investigating the connection between Islamists and McVeigh?

CONGRESS is investigating this...its no joke.

The question is not whether Muslims did the OKC bombing, but whether they financed it, scripted it, and provided the technology.

The terrorists had been planning this for decades and we sat through how many attempts?

Hindsight is 20-20... it makes me wonder if we had paid this much attention to all of this in the first place, could we have stopped it from happening?

I would think if the Muslims financed it they would have used more sophisticated explosives rather than the formula that was found on the Internet! Perhaps they are just trying to refute that the Christian McVeigh was doing it in retribution for the atrocities at Waco. I mean really! "Heaven" forbid that a Christian be behind this! Let's find a scapegoat! In general I have nothing against Christians, most of them are decent, intelligent, understanding people, but there are a few who refuse to accept that there are wackos in every religion and they are not exempt.
I am also aware that documentation and reports can be provided (and accepted by some, or many) that support opinions and theories from everything from "the big bang" to "Jesus turns water into wine"

This is stupid! In a written letter befor his execution, which was sent to his family stated that his intentions had always been against the governemtn because of their handling of David Koresh in Waco Texas. They even have prooof that he visited the burned out compound once owned by David before he did the bombing. His intentions were clear and it is known that he did not Receive support from 'Islamists'

Whats next? Islamists funded and found the Branch Dividian or maybe wait....The Islamists are responsible for the rise of Jim Jones and polygamy of the Mormons and Jeffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUPID

Old news. They had a drawing of a third guy that looked middle eastern the day after. It has been a rumor for a long time. They haven't found it yet so they probably aren't going to.

Any assumed cooperation between ultra-conservative American millitias and ultra-conservative Islamic terrorist groups would be tenuous at best..

At worst, just plain silly and a waste of my tax dollars.
