ok say that a guy asked me for my phone number, but i didn't want to give it to them so i give them a fake one.. does anybody know that # that u can call and it'll say like u got dumped or w/e? does any1 know waht i'm talking about?

I dont really understand..but lets take it as u gave a bloke a fake phone no. He will be upset when he tried to call, he cant reach you or worse, someone else (a stranger) pick up the phone.
When you bump into him accidentally again, you might want to tell him honestly or making a polite excuse as you just get a new no hence you give it to him wrongly, you wrote it down wrongly, he mishear it etc.
But actually, if you didnt want to gv ur no to a guy, just tell him politely. If you cant stand it: maybe saying that you are seeing someone or interested w someone already will help.
