They want to know where your GPA puts you in your overall class. Your school will be able to tell you what your overall GPA is, the number of students in your class, and your class rank. Don't guess at these numbers, because they will affect your chance of getting the scholarship.

I'd also suggest not filling out the original application right away. Make a copy, and then write out all your answers on the copy. Give it to your school counselor or a teacher you like so they can look it over for any mistakes in spelling or grammar. You should do this for your college applications, too.

Go ask your counselor for a transcript. If your school ranks, your ranking will be on there. It will at least have your class size and GPA. Your progress report grades don't matter at all and only your semester grades (which will be on your transcript) matter. You probably need 2 teacher recommendations or something like that so make sure to ask them and talk to your counselor and they should tell you everything. You could also ask most college-bound seniors as they are probably working on their college apps.

No, it truly is not what meaning. think you were heavily ill, and that had tousled your grades for three hundred and sixty 5 days. Your transcript would tutor an noticeably undesirable year. So, that's offering you with a replace to describe the condition that makes your GPA and transcript seem worse than you're actual able to doing. once you've something like that, clarify it right here; in the different case, leave it sparkling. putting something that the container isn't meant for will cause them to imagine you're both not brilliant, or unable to maintain on with instructions.

Class rank refers to how you place against the rest of your classmates in your graduating class. The best place to locate the information about your GPA and class rank is the guidance office and the guidance counselor.

Ask your guidance counselor. They have this information on your transcript. The class size refers to your graduating class, not your classroom size.
