Yeah i kindoff noticed and happy you spoke up.
You see I also see that it is mostly the same question
rephrased.
The most basic question every Christian should know the answer to.
If God is all Good
All powerfull
and All knowing
why is there evil and suffering in this world?
why are humans able to sin?
why doesn't God kill the devil?
Thinking a self respecting Christian does not know it.
Because those are their answers to when asked:
Why don't you belive in God.
They are here trying to seed disbelief among us belivers.
Or to find a core to justify their disbelief like:
Look Christians don't know the answer..so God does not excist!
Hahahaha...we were right! Let's go sin!
Well guess what?!
Christians DO KNOW the answer.
Christians KNOW what they belive in.
Christians are far more LOGICAL than atheists.
Christians know WHY you suffer if you do.
Christians know how to fight suffering and evil.
so stop asking us if you want justification...ask us if you are interested or want to know.
Thank you so very much for posting this question

You cannot judge people of certain beliefs by their lowest. There are morons of any belief.
However, being an atheist myself, I believe that religion is a compelling topic to discuss with people who believe in different ideas. Seeing as how it is a rather awkward topic to talk about with an acquaintance, the internet is simply the only outlet for me.
I would not enjoy at all being forced to convert to a different religion, but enjoy learning about other views and seeing evidence from both sides of the everlasting debate and being able to decide for myself the more powerful argument.
As for the "I'm smart and your stupid" (that was a hilarious statement), I am glad to say that I have never seen such behavior by atheists. However, I am sad to say that people use the "Well, you'll be rotting in Hell" comment a bit too much.

Most of their posts here in the relgion/spritual section are nothing more than insults directed at christians. I'm guessing theres something missing in their lives if the only thing they have to do is hang out on the religion/spritual section of YA to bash christians. It's sad really. Now, there are a few with actual intelligent posts, but they're few and far between. Just gotta sift thru all the silly bashing questions to find real religious and/or spritual questions. Annoying, yes, glad to have them here to do nothing but bash, no, just takes up space from people who have legitimate questions.

They're not talking about people's remarks on this forum; they're talking about people passing laws based on Christianity. There's a difference.
"Have you also noticed that some of the dumbest and most offensive Q's come from them?"
Ridiculous. Theists post just as many offensive questions as atheists. There's one today who so far has posted seven atheist-bashing questions in a row. Some of the regulars here post them every day. Where have you been?

Yes, I have noticed and questioned this myself. I think some people are searching and just have trouble understanding the "faith" idea. Like one guy said he has trouble understanding the Trinity. He wants to know. I pray that God gives him the understanding. This is an opportunity to minister to people and lets pray that God uses our answers to help folks. Others come here just to mock, but that is what Satan would do, right? God Bless

"Finally, have you noticed that most of the reply's to this question will contain hateful remarks and "I'm smart and your stupid" kind of responses?"
Since you opened that floodgate by saying their responses are the dumbest and most offensive, what else would you expect? You set the precedent. They follow your example. If you don't want people being rude to you...don't be rude to them. Easy.

What I noticed is a bunch of kids asking stupid questions pretending to be either an atheist or a christian just to instigate debates and arguments. They seem to get a kick out of it.

Iam not an Atheists.
But do you realise your question is shown under the general topic "Society and culture". Not just under Religion.
So people shouldn’t assume they hang out in Religion section putting across there own point of views.
Plus i thought that was the idea...
Maybe look at there questions in a positive way instead of a negative way. Be Open minded and open hearted.

If religious people don't like Atheists complaining about religon being 'forced' on them why do they hang out here 'forcing' their religion?
Aren't they here just begging for rejection?
Have you noticed that religious people simply cannot understand those who don't follow their particular religion? Isn't that dumb and offensive? What they don't understand they critisize as well?
And won't the Christians and others respond with hateful remarks and by saying that NOT believing is stupid and they are smarter because they believe?
Anyone hope that the ministers will stay in church where they belong?

Expressing your views here is not forcing your religion upon anyone. But encouraging your representatives to pass legislation based upon your superstitions and giving tax-payer funds to faith-based organizations to promote your religious beliefs is. We're not against freedom of expression or freedom of religion. We're just against any group that wants to take away the rights of everyone else who doesn't believe as they do. The vast majority of Christians don't want to live in a Christian nation. They're delighted to live in a FREE nation that belongs to people of all faiths and philosophies, with none superior and none inferior. They are as opposed to that selfish minority of Christian nationalists, who believe everyone else should bow to their wishes and fall in line, as we non-theists are. They haven't forgotten that this country was founded by people seeking religious freedom who believed faith to be a matter for each individual to decide.
