I use to get too much sun, so now i got(sometimes) a rash in my ears?

Question

Doctor tool me, that my ear , are extra sensitive to sun and heat, and there is no cure only relief.
I dont want relief, I need advice to reduce it or be cure.

See a dermatologist. Or try 1% hydracortisone cream.
