My daughter is 5 and I was wondering if she is too old to bathe with a boy her age. If not, what would you think the cut-off age should be?

I'd say about 5 or 6 is the cut off. They notice things now and start asking questions. not that questions are bad, but the boy's parenst might start asking you questions if you answer his, lol.

My son is four and already knows the difference between boys and girls. He will have a baby sister in three weeks and I'm sure he will see her naked but I'm not so sure that I would even bath the two of them together. I think at 5 that's too old esp for a boy and girl. If they were two children of the same sex I don't think it would be as big of a deal. Some kids don't understand at 5 and they are certainly still innocent but I don't think I would do that at that age.

She should have already stopped. A good age to stop that type of thing is 2 or 3 years old. At age 5, children are really curious and you don't want to encourage that type of thinking about differences between boys and girls...or maybe you do want to ... I don't know.

No, I don't think at age 5 that is appropriate any more. Even though still very young; old enough to ask awkward questions. I think the cut-off age is around 3 years

With it being a boy and a girl and especially not related, I don't think you should let them bathe together anymore. But in general it should be when they start to notice body parts and what have you. Even when they are both girls.

I think the cut off should be when she starts noticing the differences with a boy and a girl. Or when either starts playing with each others body parts. Not sexually but curiously.

I would think that she is passed the age where it is okay especially since its a friend. I would say maybe 2 should be the cutoff
