I love this guy, and he told me he loves me, he even asked me at one time to marry him, but then today I'm told it's over.. why would he suddenly do this?

Sometimes boys just get scared. It is so hard for them to make a commitment. He probably does love you but has a hard time making commitments. I know this didn't help much but it is just the way most boys are. Don't wait on him because that is what he wants go on with your life it will get easier.

It's obvious ..he doesn't know what he really wants.
He is probably doing you a huge favor.
Have confidence in your self, you will meet the right person when the time is right.
