go to the salon and pick up the Amplify by Matrix shampoo/conditioner and root lifter...that is awesome stuff for those with fine hair and it is a lasting product that won't fall flat in an hour. and have her blow dry her hair upside down that will really lift the roots and give volume!

I would recommend a mouse, and hairspray, dont spray a ton of hairspray on but you may need to layer the products, such as first mouse, then gel, then when you style hairspray. Good Luck

she needs a volume body shampoo. Blow dry hair upside down, a little backcombing will keep her hair looking flffy the whole day.

use shampoos with "volume" control. or- I heard "mane and tail" is pretty good. Keep in mind it's also used for horses. Don't worry, it's very common on human users.
