nude with calla lilies, its an oil painting and a woman in her back
(possibly this woman would be Fridha)and all those big calla lilies
(alcatraces-the name of the flower in Spanish)its kind of bold
and dramatic, and the representation of such beautiful flower
with a woman that probably represent the working class in his country ,its simply spectacular, the contrast of this painting is
so well balance that after looking this painting ,you just remember the woman in the flowers embrace position .

I love the mural he was comissioned to do my the Rockafellers but that was torn down because it had Stalin in it. Talk about balls- to paint Stalin in something for the Rockafellers! Haha. My second favorite is "The Calla Lilly Vendor" where the person is bending under the weight of the many lilies. The flowers are beautiful, but they break the back of the worker.
