Yep...as soon as you pay it...you are guilty. You can show up for the court date and hope the cop doesn't show. I got out of a speeding ticket once by saying there was an irratic driver...I thought was drunk..and wanted to put some distance between me and that car.

Don't pay it. You'll get the points if you do. Plead guilty with an explanation. Tell them that you were passing a vehicle moving erratically (driver was on a cellphone) and didn't want to be involved in an accident. Worked for me !!!

So, man or woman A makes $two hundred,000 a three hundred and sixty 5 days and is going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. man or woman B makes $20,000 a three hundred and sixty 5 days and is going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. If we are saying you will possibly desire to pay 3% of your income for this nice, it is "honest" that the guy making $two hundred,000 has to pay $6,000 for his or her nice collectively as the guy making $20,000 basically has to pay $six hundred for the right same offense? i might propose you seek for what "honest" skill. there is not something honest approximately your thought. rules are patently published. If a man or woman making $20,000 or much less won't be able to discover the money for to pay an excellent, they might desire to make helpful they are going 35 mph and not dashing. human beings should not be penalized for fulfillment.
