You can but you may want to clean it with alcohol each time. With just one use, the blades dull and as it sits and waits for your next use it collects bateria that can cause shave bumbs.

I've never heard that you can't use a razor more than once, the average use is between 2 weeks and 6 weeks. The only reason you have to change it at all is because it's unsafe to shave with a dull razor and it causes nicks and cuts more commonly.

depending on the razor you can use it more than once...
cheap ones (about $1-$3)get dull really fast and those you can only use 3 times ( or else you would cut urself trying to shave ), others (more expensive) you can use a LOT like for a month or so and they dont get dull or cut you
or buy the ones that run on batteries and you never throw away and you just change the top razor partm ( thats what i use works really well )

You can use them more than once, but you should throw them away after about 4 or 5 uses because they become dull.

You can if you want to i wash and clean mine and it's ready for another use, but you don't want to use it more then a few time, for if it's not cleaned well after each and every use , you'll get bacteria on it!
So if you plan on using it twice clean it with peroxicide, be even safer through it out after second use!

I am good friends with our state's attorney general. I just called him and there are absolutely no state or federal laws requiring you to throw these items away, you may keep them as long as you wish. You will not be prosecuted.
