This program will help people get over their problems by telling them a fictional story with good morals. I will also lie to them and tell them that it's a true story and that they have to listen to me or bad things will happen to them.

Sure you could do it and if you follow the laws governing such a program somebody somewhere will give you money. By the way, I'm a preacher and I know you feel pretty shameful at this moment, so I'll say no more.
