I know a man from Mexico who is still renewing his Tourist visa and at the time I spoke with him had been in the US 15 years, married and divorced with children, had a drivers license and still works here. He is paying child support at least he never applied for any other visa. Recently I have met a few women from Honduras who keep renewing their tourist visas and keep working here on them.

A tourist visa states that you are there for tourism not for working and that you cannot work on it so they are not working here legally nor is immigration investigating well enough obviously because even a terrorist could come on a tourist visa this way for a long long time and get a drivers license to boot to use for Identification while here as a tourist and renew it constantly. The illegals tell me everything because I translate for them often because it is important that in a court of law that an innocent person (even if illegal) who cannot speak the language does not get incarcerated while a person of a crime is left out in public for something like child molestation, abuse, rape or murder. We have so many illegals here in Florida locally that immigration quit coming and picking them up so we deal with them as best we can locally.
