As far as the exercise, jogging is quite good. Try to do exercises using skipping rope to increase your stamina and breath control and then start to jog.

It is not enough to jog just for 5 minutes if you wanna burn your fat. By skipping you can increase your stamina and jog for atleast 20 minutes. Only then, it will show some difference in your weight and fitness.

It is also important to control your diet.

Fast dancing is also good. Also climbing a knotted rope, any strenuous exercise.

Yeah!! is a cardiovascular exercise. you should watch not to hurt your knees though, or try something with less impact, something like eliptical or spinning. Good luck!

I think that doing aerobics will help you burn alot of calories
