i mean i run a lot but i want to get that real sprinter speed, anybody know any good workouts or anything that will help me obtain that?

try using weights like the professionals start small and make them heavier as you go then when you go to sprint or race you'll feel lighter without the weights and run faster!good Luck

Start running on grass because hard flood or road are bad for the knees and legs
