I am also vegetarian and have 10 pounds I want to lose. I bought all the pilates videos and found they had positions I can't even get in, lol!

I tried highly recommended diet pills and they were a waste. I finally bought a really cool treadmill with incline from fogdog.com.......figure I can pay for a gym or pay for the treadmill.

So YOUR ANSWER is choose the one you will actually use! I personally love my treadmill more than driving to the gym everyday.

I think going to the gym is the best way, why? because you get more motivation speacially if you go with a friend or a loved one. Not only do you get more motivation, but you go more knowing that you are paying for it and your money goes to that. Ive tried doing videos in my home but i just end up doing them for 1-2 weeks and then i forget about it and watch tv. Plus its only 10-15 pounds you want to lose so sign up in the gym for 1-2 months and you will see it will be worth it. good luck!

if you go to the gym, a trainer can tell you exactly what you need to do to get the desired figure. however, if you're absolutley sure about how to get what you want, a video is well worth it. the only downside to that is you can't use all the different equipment they have at the gym when you're at home, so that might also change your mind. it's really whatever you feel will be most effective.

Both are good but a gym will keep you motivated because you will be around others. But you have to commit yourself to doing it. Have fun and don't worry about the number of pounds it's how you feel.
