Guy and girl dating paln to have sex one night, an hour before girl starts tochicken out and says she just doesn't want to go that far but still willing to spend the night, guy starts yelling, makes her cry and leaves her in a hotel room alone for 2 hours, stranded, guy comes back and starts yelling again then girl gves in. I think its rape, no means no at any time , if you keep pushing then its coersion/rape.

Absolutely--rape all the way. They made plans for sex and she said no--so he forced her to perform or she was stranded. Just the same as sticking a knife to her throat and coercing her that way.

I am not sure what you want, yes of course no means no , and being forced or demeaned in to sex is still rape and the guy should be reported

No it was not rape, because she was not forced to do anything..As far as him yelling at her if she was at a hotel she could of called a friend to come get her or call a cab. She gave in to him so that is consentful, nothing she can do about that. She had pleanty of time to leave and didn't thats her fault.

If she never gave in and he took her anyway, that's rape.

What he did was mentally and emotionally abuse her. I think you'd have a difficult time convincing a jury of rape, because she did consent, but they'd buy abuse.

The fact is, she could have left at any time. She could have walked, called her mother, etc. etc.

According to most statutes it would not be considered rape. She wasn't locked in the room, I assume. She could leave, ask for help, etc. Was it shytty of the guy to intimidate and harass her, yes it was. But not rape.

I agree. The defination of rape includes violation, and she was definately violated, both emotionally and physically.

It's rape. She was mentally forced into sex by fear.

i think that once the word no is said then that's rape. forcing is too because that unwillingly and you were pressured into so i guess it is

first you have to ASSUME that she said no if you wasnt there yourself..... and if she finally said yes then no its not rape.... sexual harrassement... yes but not rape. if you tried to go to the police about this and told then your story they would say that its not rape because SHE said yes.
