Directly it is the GLUTEUS MAXIMUS (the main muscle of the buttock). it is the main muscle which,in evolution , works against Gravity to make us walked erect instead of on all fours. It made us Homo Erectus and we still use it to stand against gravity.
Indirectly it is the muscle of the TONGUE as ,what one uses it to say and speak, can turn a whole world tupsy turvy.

your heart i think. Its basically a water pump. I've also heard the tongue is a strong muscle, don't know why that would be.
Youve legs would also have to be strong.

It depends on how you define strongest. Either the glutious maximus (the bum) or the heart.
